Musou Miyata (宮田 無双, Miyata Musō) is the father of Sayaka Miyata.

Appearance Edit

Musou is a middle-aged man. His black hair is combed back. He has two scars, crossed over his left eyebrow.

Personality Edit

Musou is very assertive in teaching her daughter in order to be able to participate in the Olympics. He dislikes Keijo. However, he begins to respect Sayaka with her decision in order to become a Keijo player upon noticing that Sayaka uses her Judo skills when fighting in Keijo. As he sees Sayaka smiling, he fully realizes that Keijo is the sport Sayaka loved.

Background Edit

He taught his daughter that the chance to go to the Olypmpics was only possible when she was still young. However, Sayaka felt jealous each time she saw her friends hanging around, since she could only practice Judo and had no friends. At some point, Sayaka enraged, as such he was thrown down.[1]

  • In the manga, Nozomi's father, Nobuo Kaminashi appears to guide him and his wife to the Shimizu Keijo Stadium. Whereas in the anime, Nobuo doesn't appear. In addition, both he and his wife have arrived at the Stadium without being guided.
